I have completed and uploaded my first finished model to Makerworld.  I’m very excited, though it was so simple.

After working so hard to get Shapr3D sorted out, I started a trial of Fusion 360 and, well, it just made more sense.  I realize that everyone told me that and I read about it and blah blah blah, but against my wishes it was true.

So the model itself is pretty simple.  Based on the appearance of a different design, I created it from scratch in Fusion.  My main changes (really) were rounding off the corners, replacing a weak screw together design with posts.  The design is intended to be modular: You have one ‘top’ piece with side caps for the monitor and as many as 2-6 extension blocks to raise the monitor up a variable height.  Overall the design seems stable and looks nice.
